I think, Richard, the answer is money. Can someone answer me why this is released now ? I remember this CD artwork around the place last year ( maybe even earlier ).

Don't talk to me I'm bursting at the seams with the stuff. What an amount of product has been issued since 2006 and still it's coming. At least we did get the live DVD.
